Welcome to Impact Church

Impact Church is a ministry under Global Impact Ministries. The church started on January 5, 2014. Since the first service, we have witnessed God’s hand with many people finding Christ through the services.

Our Vision and Mission

Our vision is to be a church for all tired of business as usual.

Our mission in detailed form is to be:
1- Intercessors:

We believe that God’s house is a house of prayer for all nations. Prayer is our central focus.

The great commission is our main mission. We are not a church that comes in but a church that goes out.

We believe that “The Kingdom of God is not a matter of words but power” – 1 Corinthians 4:20. In every service, we expect to see the unlimited grace of God in action

We are not just a Sunday church. Everyday, the IMPACT church is an army representing Christ in offices, schools, Universities, government and Business.

The presence of the church will be felt in the Westlands area and the larger Nairobi area as we reach out to the community – helping street families, single moms, strengthening families and ministering to the sick.

At Impact Church, we promise that your hunger for God’s unadulterated word will be satisfied. We preach the full gospel without compromising or watering it down.

Our Values

these values make the ministry’s foundational beliefs and strengthen our alignment with the mission.

Integrity:

Our character is the foundation of our witness. We represent God by walking in honesty and holiness.

High Standards of Service: We do not excuse sin, nor do we allow individuals with questionable character to hold positions of service.

Financial Integrity: We are committed to being faithful stewards of every resource entrusted to us, ensuring transparency and wisdom in our finances.

Excellence:

Excellence is not just a goal; it is a spirit. It is an extraordinary mindset portrayed through selfless service.

Exceeding Expectations: Going beyond the “good enough” to reach the “extraordinary” for the glory of God.

Representing the Kingdom: How we work shows who we represent. We aim to be outstanding in everything we do.

Freedom in the Spirit:

“Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” — 2 Corinthians 3:17

Giving Room: We intentionally yield our plans to the leading of the Spirit, allowing Him to move and direct our ministry.

Spiritual Liberty: We foster an environment where believers have the freedom to express their devotion to the Holy Spirit during our services.

Unity:

We walk in one accord, knowing that our collective impact is greater than our individual efforts.

Love:

We believe that the health of the church is found in the strength of our relationships—both with Christ and with one another.

Embodying Christ: We strive to reflect the heart of Jesus in every area of our church life.

Communal Care: We take active responsibility for the well-being of those both inside and outside our church walls.

Statement Of Faith

Here is what we believe as a church

We believe that there is only One God

Eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and, God the Holy Spirit.

Which is the rapture of the body of Christ, by Christ Himself at His return.

We believe in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His death that paid for our sin through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension/rising up to the right hand of the Father and in His personal return in power and glory. (John 1:1; Matthew 1:18,25; Hebrews 4:15; Hebrews 9:15-22; 1 Corinthians 15:1-8; Acts 1:9-11; Hebrews 9:27-28)

Provides healing for the human body in answer to believing prayer.

According to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it.

by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy and separated life in the present world.

And that through belief in Jesus Christ as the Son of God, we spend eternity with the Lord in Heaven. We believe that in rejecting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we receive eternal suffering in hell. (Matthew 25:31-46; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)

That all believers are members of His body, the Church. (Philippians 2:1-4)

God instituted marriage between one man and one woman as the foundation of the family and the basic structure of human society. For this reason, we believe that marriage is exclusively the union of one man and one woman. (Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:5-6; Mark 10:6-9; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9)

Therefore, we believe that human life is sacred from conception to its natural end; that we must honor the physical and spiritual needs of all people; following Christ’s example, we believe that every person regardless of race, color, tribe or nationality should be treated with love, dignity and respect. (Psalm 139:13; Isaiah 49:1; Jeremiah 1:5; Matthew 22:37-39; Romans 12:20-21; Galatians 6:10)
